Managed by me: your collections and surveys

Managed by me is a shortcut page that lists the collections you manage and the surveys you have access to. Use it to get to your work quickly without going through Home or folders.

Who can do this: Admins, Managers and anyone who manages a collection, folder or survey.

Open Managed by me

1. Click Menu in the top-left corner.
2. Choose Managed by me.

The page has two tabs: My Collections and My Surveys.

My Collections

My Collections lists the collections where you are named as a collection manager. A collection manager runs a collection: they review ideas, move them between steps and change its settings. See Collection managers: who they are and how to add them.

When you create a collection, you are added as its manager, so it shows up here.

Collections you manage only because you manage their folder are not listed here. Find those in Menu > Folders. See Folders: what they are and who can see them.

My Surveys

My Surveys lists the surveys you manage: the ones you created and the ones you are a survey manager of. Click a survey to go to its manage page. Survey managers and Admins build the survey, share it and see the results there. See Who can see, manage and answer a survey.

Find a collection or survey

1. Click the filter button.
2. Type part of the name in the search box.

The list loads more cards as you scroll.

Click any card to open that collection or survey.

Common questions

Where is the “Contributions per step” view? It’s no longer on this page. To see how ideas are spread over the steps of your workflows, go to Menu > Dashboard and open the Workflows tab. See The Dashboard: hive statistics.

A collection I manage is missing. Why? If you manage it through a folder rather than being named on the collection, it won’t appear here. Open it from its folder, or ask an Admin to name you as a collection manager. You can also find any collection you can see with search.
