Ida, your AI assistant

Ida sits next to your work, in every view

Ida is a panel on the right-hand side of Hives, open wherever you are: the collection you are reading, the challenge you are drafting, the report you are about to send. Ask how something works, what the last hundred submissions actually say, or which themes are growing. It does the reading. You make the calls.

What volume does to a programme

  • Success buries the owner

The first campaign goes well, four hundred ideas arrive, and the person who ran it now has a week of reading. Reviews slip, and the queue becomes the reason the programme slows down.

  • The same idea, twenty times

Ten sites notice the same problem and describe it ten different ways. Without something reading across all of them you discuss one improvement repeatedly and miss that it is a pattern.

  • The signal is somewhere in the pile

The strongest idea is rarely the loudest or the earliest. When there is too much to read, ranking quietly defaults to whatever sits near the top of the list.

What Ida does

Ask it, wherever you are in Hives.

Ida works on what your programme already produces: the collections, the submissions, and the activity behind them. Nothing here replaces a decision. It removes the hours between a full inbox and being ready to make one.

Ask

Open on the right, in every view.

Ida is a panel, not a separate tool, so whatever you are looking at is what you can ask about. How does scoring work? What should this step be called? How do I word this challenge so people actually answer? The answer arrives in the view you were already in, and the suggestion goes straight into the field you were filling in.

Summarise

Every submission, in a sentence you can scan.

Ask for a summary and Ida writes one, for a single idea or for the whole inbox, so a review starts from a readable list instead of forty paragraphs of free text. Programme owners get back around 12 hours of admin a week, which is most of a working day.

Spot themes

Themes and trends across every collection.

Ida reads across your collections, not just the one open in front of you, so the same suggestion from five sites is grouped rather than debated five times, and themes nobody thought to ask about surface on their own. That is usually where the useful surprise is.

Report

Analysis you can send on as it stands.

Ask for the quarter and Ida builds it out of real activity: ideas implemented, value created, people engaged. Share it, export it, or put it in front of the steering group. Because it comes from the workflow rather than a spreadsheet someone kept by hand, the numbers hold up when someone asks.

Ida works on whatever arrives, from a first pilot of twenty ideas to a programme running across sites. You keep the decision, it does the reading.

What people ask about Ida

Does Ida decide anything on its own?

No. Ida answers questions, summarises, groups, surfaces trends and points out candidates. Every decision stays with a person, and the workflow records who made it and why, which is what contributors see when they check back.

Is it useful at small volumes?

It earns its keep from the first review, because summaries and duplicate flagging save reading whether there are twenty ideas or four hundred. The difference is that at four hundred it stops being a convenience and becomes the reason the review still happens.

What happens to our data?

Customer data is hosted in the EU by default. We are a Swedish company and the platform is built GDPR-first, which is usually the shortest answer a legal team is hoping for.
